I was a Christian until last summer (2011). I came across Thunderf00t’s series of YouTube videos called “Why do people laugh at creationists?”. I did a lot of ‘play, pause, search, read, learn, repeat’. Anyway, by the time I finished those videos I had zero doubts about evolution, but I suddenly had a lot of doubts about Christianity. I kept researching and I started reading my bible, several weeks later I decided I could no longer believe such nonsense.

Toronto Canada 17, I was raised Christian but turned Atheist when Steve Irwin died. After browsing around the Internet, I become acquainted with FSM. Now I am an avidly religious Pastafarian. And it’s a bit of a pain shaking off some atheist habits I converted. Because I was missing something in my life. I am 23, and I have been a Pastafarian since I was 17. I became a minister last Talk Like a Pirate Day in September. I live in Jacksonville, FL, USA. I was raised in a strict Southern Baptist Spaghetti Monster May his Noodly appendages touch you this holiday season shirt. Was a Christian until around 16. I spent many years researching religions (15 until 19) deeply and found that the FSM was the most tolerant and peaceful and spiritually uplifting by and far above the rest. It’s the only religion to never have any deaths involved, and the origin is clearly and openly known. I haven’t personally known an angry Pastafarian, as they all seem to be utilizing a fantastic sense of humor and wearing pirate garb.
