I think it would have been cool if you only Basketball Shoot hoops not people shirt players that were playing when the album dropped for each album. Would give me some good nostalgia for what the NBA and rap and everything was like when I was back in high school and college. Yeah, Steph and TD are two birds of a feather. More than willing to give up money, fame, accolades, etc. in the name of winning. Probably throw Dirk in there too. And Latrell Sprewell. Man people have some crazy takes in here so you never know what is a joke or what’s not.

Sprewell is a man who needs to feed Basketball Shoot hoops not people shirt and he will choke you out if he has. True professional. All the D.Wade and Dirk respect and love had me thinking forward to a time when these guys are leaving the league. They’re living legends of Bay Area sports and there won’t be a lot of dry eyes for any of them. Steph though, he might as well be ascending to heaven with trumpets and angels because he’s our chosen, sainted, anointed deliverer of rings. That’s gonna be A Big Deal. He’s what made me get into really watching the NBA (I’m 24) always watched highlights and played 2k but didn’t start fully watching till I started seeing his ridiculous highlights a day in and day out. And now I follow the Nba almost religiously (also partly due to this sub) it’s gonna hit me hard when he hangs it up.

I’m not the person you Basketball Shoot hoops not people shirt, but I got a little choked up too and, for me, it wasn’t about Curry – it was about Boogie. Just thinking back on that moment and what it must have meant for him. I still haven’t fully recovered from an injury I suffered a few years ago, so I have at least some sense of what that process can be like, both physically and mentally. For him to come back and get a welcome like that, that’s what hit me. Not OP but it just adds to the identity that’s been cultivated and that we’re proud of. Seeing that be validated to an outsider is pretty touching. Seems like most of these kids these days are. They are growing up in an era where you get to see whatever team or player you want to see. It was way harder to follow teams or players that you liked but played in a different division or conference. Now you hop onto Instagram and HoH has highlights from every game and you can be a fan of any guy because you can watch all his games online.
